caleus capital investors gmbh (CCI) is a Berlin based real estate investment management company founded and led by Dr. Ulrich Weber and Patrick Reich in July 2010. CCI focuses on residential and office value-add investments.

Ulrich and Patrick have a long standing track record in the industry and more than 35 years of combined real estate experience as investors. They have been working together at apellas Group until 2010. The apellas Group had invested in residential properties, mainly in Berlin before it started in 2006 to also invest in office and retail properties.  In August 2007 apellas merged with BAUWERT Property Group, at this time one of Germany's leading property developers. By the date of their merger, BAUWERT and apellas had already managed an investment and development volume of around EUR 4 billion.

As a subsidiary caleus residential asset management gmbh (CRAM) and caleus commercial asset management gmbh (CCAM) provide full asset management and transaction expertise in the residential and commercial segment and are responsible for executing the day-to-day asset management tasks. CRAM is led by its managing partner Veit Fischer.
